March 5, 2021, Release

20R3.5

Today’s release includes the features and changes below. Stay tuned for April’s release, in which we plan to release additional features for MyVeeva for Patients.

Canceled consent form message

When site staff cancel a consent form in their system, you can no longer view or submit the form in MyVeeva for Patients. Site staff may cancel a consent form if they sent it incorrectly or if they sent it with an incorrect phone number or email address for you.

In the rare case that you’re viewing your list of documents to review and try to submit or view a document after the site staff cancels the document, the error message above will be displayed. You can select OK in the error message to return to your list of documents.

See Consent Forms for more information about reviewing consent forms.

Enhancement Changed

The content pane and table of contents now have maximum widths. Previously, when you viewed MyVeeva for Patients with a width greater than 1200 pixels, the content and table of contents were stretched to fill the width of the page.
