As a participant in a clinical study, your study team may schedule visits for you to attend in person or online. MyVeeva for Patients allows you to review the dates, times, and details for all your visits and join your virtual visits in the app.
Viewing Your Visits

You can view your upcoming in-person and virtual visits by selecting View in the invitation or notification email or by selecting the Visits page in the sidebar. Visits are ordered from soonest to furthest away.
You can select a visit to view its date, time, and details. If your study team changes or cancels a visit, we notify you of the change and update or remove the visit.
If you think a visit may be missing from the list, contact your site coordinator.

To join a virtual visit, select the visit from the Visits page. Select Join Meeting or the virtual meeting link in the details at the meeting start time.
